Making saagwala at tech - Week 6

Hi, Today I'm going to be explaining my day at tech also giving it a score from 1 out of 10 at the end . For our meal we made something called Saagwala, Its pretty hard to pronounce but you can just look it up on google. This is not really a good angle but I tried my best to show the Saagwala but I didn't want to tip it. I feel like me and my partner did really good at this meal throughout the other weeks here at cooking. A Saagwala is a Indian curry just made with spinach, onions, garlic, plain yogurt, flavourings, can tomatoes, and rice. It was my partners job to dice up the spinach, onions, and the garlic and put them a side on the bored. My role was to get the pan ready and add all the powder stuff that will add some flavour into this meal. I poured in some oil to the pan with my measuring spoon. Once we were instructed to add one at a time our ingredients we would have to start getting everything put away and cleaned. When everything was added in beside the rice and yogurt it turned out really good better then what we expected. After mixing it well for a while we got told to add our cup of plain yogurt into the pan before finishing and putting all the ingredients into the pan. We later got given our rice in a bowl to put in our containers and ready to add it in. Once it was mixed and looked good we cleaned up and setted the food on a counter while we were cleaning and putting things away. When all kitchens were done cleaning and and were approved with the utensils being clean and their kitchens being spotless we all put our aporns away got our chromebooks and food and headed to a separate room. That was the we got to eat our meal and write about today which is what I'm doing right now. Like I said at the start when I said I was going to score out of 1 and 10 here is the time, My score would probably be.... 8 out of 10 for me. But here was my day at tech for week 6, I hope you found this week very fun and exciting.
