The mean troll

As the sun was rising people were getting ready for there day. The new cafe that was just built was open and lots of people went for breakfast there. As a family was ordering they heard thumping and screaming making some people spill their coffee all over them. The workers noticed the sound coming from outside . Everyone in the cafe rushed out to see what was going on with the terrifying screaming. As they looked out they could see a crowd of people running away from something. Looking up the people in the cafe were petrified by the ugly troll passing bye them stealing whatever it sees that is interesting like the boat that it was holding. The people in the cafe ran out following the crowd of people behind them. The family left one of their children behind. The ugly hideous troll came by to the cafe lifting up the rooftop of the cafe. The little boy  wanted to do something about this troll destroying everything that people own. The little boy had a little moment to think what he could do. The boy came to a time when he got an idea but it was a crazy one. He went up stairs where the hideous troll can see him probably and hear him probably. The little boy called out loud to the troll to get his attention. The troll looked down to see what that little voice was coming from. He saw a little boy standing there with his angry face string towards him the little boy said, “ What is your name and why are you stealing every one’s belongings.” I’m not stealing anything so would you mind leaving so I can do what I want.” You can’t tell me what to do because your not my parents” Yeah but I can take your, And the troll snatched the little boys Ipad that he was holding. The little boy cried. The troll felt sorry for the little boy so he gave his ipad back and the little boy stopped crying. The troll apologized and said sorry. The little boy said, “you don’t have to steal stuff you want because those are people's stuff instead you can ask but you have to say sorry to everyone First . the troll  went to apologies to everyone and everyone was okay and went back to what they were doing. The boys family got to eat for free at the cafe. everyone who passed him said thankyou for saving their lives. And as the day ended, one was happy in the end.

If I were a time traveler

If I were a time traveler I would see myself wearing a long coat and carrying a big bag with stuff inside. The Invention to make me travel to anytime is disguised as an ordinary box. My first destination will be in the future because I want to see what is going on with the pollution. I would visit all around the world to see the tall towers that are built. I can see myself watching the long distance of flying objects like cars and hover boards with people on it. Just imagine the size of the phones now and in the future they would be the size of Ipads, like what. Okay my next destination will be back in the day in 1936. I will go and to Tonga where my great, great, great grandma lived. The reason why I would want to see her is because she is not Tongan and my grandma only got to see her when she was probably 3 when she met her and it will be cool to see how she looks like. My next destination would be when my mum, aunties and uncles were born because It would be cool to know how they were when they were little. My next destination will be when the world was created. I’m sure the first thing I would see would be a black hole just swirling towards the distance. Then after It would form into the shape of the earth. And then volcanoes will start to erupt and trees and plants will start to grow and animals running all over the place , and birds filling the sky with color. Okay I have another place in my mind just dying to get out, I really want to go and visit the 18 and 17 100’s . From the histories from these times.My last destination will be the most dangerous time that I went as a time traveler and it’s the end of the world. It might sound crazy but I really want to know how it ends. It could give the scientists some clues to how it would end. I can also see myself seeing lots of people screaming for help.

Healthy sand which

My sandwich will have lots of protein and vitamins in it and different types of nutrients and low fat in the food.

How to make it
First I would get my whole wheat brown bread and add in my special healthy ingredients. I chose whole wheat brown bread because it has more protein and fiber than white bread. Then I would spread my hummus on the bottom of the bread. I’m using hummus because it is high in iron and fol ate. Then I add some shredded carrots and some lean beef to go on. I’m using carrots because it’s actually really good for your eyesight. Also the reason why I’m using this meat is because it has protein in it and is good.




Then I will add the lettuce in and spread it all over the bread. Then I will Add my tomatoes but they will be cutted up into little pieces so it will be easier to spread around. Did you know that tomatoes hold a good source of vitamins A and C, and that why I’m using it. Next I have my cucumber to top the tomato and lettuce. Cucumbers are really good because it holds a good source of fibers and fibers actually help you get full fast.




I’m using all these healthy ingredients because of the nutrients that it stores inside. With these nutrients you can get a good system on your body. An will more easier to get full because all of the fiber that’s inside. And that’s how my sand which is.

I picked these ingredients because all of the nutrients that hold inside. I make sure all of the ingredients have the special nutrients. Some of these nutrients can help you with getting full like fiber. This makes you full, so if you see fiber written on the package of your food then it’s easier to get full when eating it. Most of my ingredients have protein in it which i like.
