Task Description:
Kia ora everyone! For the past few weeks this term we have been doing cooking for tech in my group. I sadly forgot to post the other things we made last week and the previous ones but I can tell you we made something great last week which was why I was excited to see what we would be making this week. Today we made a mince dish with onions, garlic, salad and carrots. This was very easy to make. We first had to dice the carrots, onions and garlic. After we turned on the stove and got our pan ready by pouring some cannola oil on. We added in our onions and garlic in and afterwards added our mince. Once the mince was brown we knew it was cooked so then we added in our diced carrots. After a while of mixing the mince we offed the stove and got our salad ready. Wasn't that easy. My buddy was Bradley  and we really enjoyed making this. Check it out!

How To Be A Good Leader!!

ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕥𝕠 𝕓𝕖 𝕒 𝕘𝕠𝕠𝕕 𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕕𝕖𝕣 / 𝕎𝕖𝕖𝕜 𝟞 / 𝕋𝕖𝕣𝕞 𝟙

HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER

What is a leader? A leader is a person who is capable of leading a team. That person is able to connect with others in a way that others are comfortable with. A leader is someone who is supportive with other people’s ideas and is always open to new ideas as well to others.

A leader is someone who is supportive with other people’s ideas and is always open to new ideas as well to others. Being supportive of others is a great example of teamwork because you are sharing ideas and work as a team by not just having one person’s idea be said.

Another example of being a leader is having responsibility. Taking matters into your own hand and being able to fix situations and not make them big. For example:When Leading a group of people you have the ability to make good decisions and ensure members are treated with respect and honesty.

Last but not least ‘Teamwork’. Being a leader is not all about being confident and being a role model. It all comes down to teamwork and being able to work together in a group and show what being a great leader is. For example: Helping others share their own ideas which can help increase their confidence in talking and sharing their thoughts.

So in conclusion, being a leader is being Supportive of others no matter what, even if you don’t agree with them. Having responsibility is another one. Taking things into your own hands and having a duty to deal with. And ‘teamwork’, leading your group and encouraging others such as your group to engage with each other and be open.

Task Description:
Kia ora everyone! I have just completed my math task for this week and what we did was focus on working with estimates, fractions, and percentages. Our two topic were Garage sale and getting a loan. This was great task that tested me really well and actually had me stuck on some questions. I've managed to get my way to the end and complete it. Overall this weeks math was great and had really good topics. Feel free to leave a positive comment. Check it out!

Task Description:
Kia ora everyone! Today is Tuesday and as always we started off the morning with some literacy. For today's literacy task we got given a slide show and we worked on finding nouns in sentences. We read a little book called, 'A Mouthful' and you can find out what it's all about in the slide show. After reading A Mouthful we had to answer some questions. On the last slide show we had a create task so check that out. If you want to Leave a positive comment and I'll reply back.

Noun Masters

ℕ𝕠𝕦𝕟 𝕄𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕤 / 𝕎𝕖𝕖𝕜 𝟝 / 𝕋𝕖𝕣𝕞 𝟙

Task Description:
Kia ora everyone! Welcome, it is week 5 and today is Monday and this morning we started off with some literacy. This mornings literacy we got given a slide show to work on which was pretty easy and simple since we have been working on these similar things in the task from previous work in literacy. This task was based on Nouns, mainly proper nouns and common nouns. This task was great for me because it tested me on how well I know the differences between proper nouns and common nouns. On the last slide we had to create our own sentences with nouns in it for you guys to check out as well as Possessive nouns. And that's all for literacy this morning. Check it out!

( If you are interest , leave a comment about the last slide show if you know which nouns are in each sentence on the last slide I made )
