HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER
What is a leader? A leader is a person who is capable of leading a team. That person is able to connect with others in a way that others are comfortable with. A leader is someone who is supportive with other people’s ideas and is always open to new ideas as well to others.
A leader is someone who is supportive with other people’s ideas and is always open to new ideas as well to others. Being supportive of others is a great example of teamwork because you are sharing ideas and work as a team by not just having one person’s idea be said.
Another example of being a leader is having responsibility. Taking matters into your own hand and being able to fix situations and not make them big. For example:When Leading a group of people you have the ability to make good decisions and ensure members are treated with respect and honesty.
Last but not least ‘Teamwork’. Being a leader is not all about being confident and being a role model. It all comes down to teamwork and being able to work together in a group and show what being a great leader is. For example: Helping others share their own ideas which can help increase their confidence in talking and sharing their thoughts.
So in conclusion, being a leader is being Supportive of others no matter what, even if you don’t agree with them. Having responsibility is another one. Taking things into your own hands and having a duty to deal with. And ‘teamwork’, leading your group and encouraging others such as your group to engage with each other and be open.
