Day 7 lockdown - What I did today!!

Today on Twitter: "Today in 1888 the very first ...As of today I've decided to write about my days in lockdown. It might not be everyday I'll be writing my day during lockdown but only when I've got something interesting to share. Well, today I've been baking just to keep myself entertained well I'm locked in my house feeling all the boredom you could have ever imagined. Just after finding out we would have no school a few days ago I was so excited but I now realise that I'm tremendously miserable here in my house stuck with all my siblings. But anyways back to what I was talking about. So I was backing some cupcakes for some reason, And I guess I was entertained in a way but was still a bit bored. Why, because the bad side of cooking is that I had to clean up the mess, and that was not very fun. I made some scrumshis chocolate and vanilla cupcakes topped with chocolate chips. The end results was actually pretty good, way better then what I had expected it would have looked like. Sadly I have no pictures of how It looked like at the end because I'm writing this later on.  And so this is day 7 of what I've been doing.

Rainbows End - Word Problem 2

This is my first task I'm putting up on my blog for home schooled or whatever you can call it. This is my math task, It is our 2 Rainbows End word Problem but just with different questions. It's a very different experience working here at home but I feel like it's helping me to increase my focus and helps me to picture the question in my head and makes it easier to figure everything out.

School lockdown

https://media.defense.gov/2020/Mar/12/2002263245/780/780/0/200309-D-HN545-1008.JPG
As you have heard there has been a serious disease going around worldwide called Covid19 but what many people have call it Coronavirus. As many have heard today earlier at around 2:30pm - 2: 45 pm or earlier in the day there was an announcement said by the Minister , Jacinda ardern.  Saying that every school in New Zealand  will be shut down starting tomorrow . So everything is okay and balanced with our education because we still get to work and finish off things like and ordinary day in school but just at home. Our school has Organized a time for us students to be able to do work and talk to our teacher on group chat. So that means I have an opportunity to still share work with you all on my blog. So right now on so on everyone's at home. In New Zealand we have levels ensuring us whatever level we are on is when we need to be cautious. The levels only go up to 4, at the moment we are on level 3 but in 48 hour we will be on level 4 and that's when we will all be in quarantine and not aloud to go out on public.  What's really good is that the shops are still open but we can only go to the shops If we really need to. But anyways this is some updates on what's happening with the situations going around.

Rainbows End - Word Problem

Task Description: For this task I worked hard by listening more to the question and making sure I have enough information to know how I could work out the questions. Using my thoughts about the plan on the work I had tried to use a smart mind set on what to do to get to the answer. In some of the slides I showed many other ways I could have worked the question differently from my original working out. And so this is my math task for week 8.

Foot locker

This task is about Percentages, doubling and halving. This is my week 7 math work.

Coronavirus past, present and future

Hi, this is my Reading task for week 7. Instead of reading a book we have a task about the coronavirus. We were instructed to read an article on the kiwi kids news about the coronavirus. In the task we answered questions, by getting all the answers to them we read the whole article and got all the information we needed. I've learnt a whole lot from that article and what our country is doing to keep their citizens safe and healthy.

whare tapa wha: Hauora - well being

Which side of the whare you feel you and your whanau have strength in , 2?

Well I feel like my family not only has strength in one corner but in two. Our last whare tapa wha was this same topic but I had chosen Te taha whanau because of the meaning compared to my family. In this blog post we've got given another chance to look at the whare tapa wha sign and choose out of the three that's left to choose which one has more strength in my family.  I reckon after a while of looking and thinking I feel like out of the three that was left Te taha wairua was the one that seemed like the one that has more strength in my family, Because te taha wairua is about religious and how you treat the outdoors and If look after the outdoors by picking up your rubbish and keeping it clean. The reason why this has more strength in my family is because my family is very strong with there believes. My family is christian and we are a church family. My family is very strict with church and all that stuff. Church is very important to us. We don't go over bored we just take our church things serious and important.
