Lock - Down House Hold Responsibility!

Task Description: As you may know my class was split up into different classes today meaning we did whatever they did. This task was really enjoyable to make because through out the process of the making we created avatars of the people who lived with us during our recent lock-down. With that we had to write down the things they were responsible for doing during that lock-down. And here is what I did!

CREATIVE IMAGE FUN!

Task Description: First day back, today we were put into different classes because our teacher had not attended school because she wasn't feeling well. So what we did was finish of math through out the morning section and the middle block. In the last block we used images to make something on our google slides by using the explore button where we can go and find the images we needed. By using the explore button we used it to get images to make a person reading, we had to make sure we had to get a book shelf to display three books of our choice from story line online. Those books were the books we would use to read the next day to keep our focus on reading more!

Measurement - Estimation, Reading Scales

Measurement - Estimation, Reading Scales

Task Description: This weeks center of attention for math was on measurements ,  ordering different measurements from the biggest to the smallest. Our other main focus of this task was to guess a type of objects measurement and what measurement was suitable for the object. After giving a go at this task it really did trigger your brain to think more and to study the amount of distance, some of these questions asked about how far you could do this and that. But overall this task was pretty easy going answering the first slides but then towards the second to last question we had to answer questions some of us may have had to guess. Check this task out to see how I went with it!

Week 6 Early finishers

Task Description: As you know this weeks math was focusing on different measurements and comparing  between them. To go with math this week we had a early finishers task which is this one for those who finished early. It's just random math questions just to keep us focused on math for the week. Check it out!

INQUIRY: RECREATING A MYTH AND LEGENDS SETTING

Task Description: Here is a description of what myth this is and the story of the setting and what happened. This setting is from the myth of the watcher of the south, this one was one of my favorite out of the many. Kamata was in the middle of creating the earth and then all of a sudden came along Nganyamba with jealousy and is which made both battle. Nganyamba was not able to protect his project #The Earth which is why his mother the earth goddess djobella created four giants to guard the North, East, South and West. She placed the mightiest giant Umlindi Wemingiamu to guard at the gate way to the south which is Cape Town. Nganyamba refused to back down from battling the giants and so fought many battles with them, taking them down one by one. As the giant's were taking their last breath they asked djobella their creator to transform them into mountains so then they can continue to protect the world even after death. And that's the story behind this setting, hope you enjoyed the story and the giant's last requested wish!
